Two doors in.
Most people arrive with one of two questions. “Could AI shortlist us?” is answered by the Scorecard, a six-minute self-check about your own company. “Who does AI name in our market?” is answered by the Index, a monthly measurement of what six engines say to B2B buyers. Everything else in the library supports one of the two.
Type your company once. The Scorecard and the Index will use it, so you never type it twice.
Pick what you need first and we’ll point you to the right resource.
Start with the AI Shortlist Scorecard →Your company name stays in your browser and in the links on this page. Nothing is sent to us.
Everything in the library.
Each resource is a page you can read, share and forward to a colleague without signing up. Where a resource has a downloadable kit, the page itself still holds the full method.
Which resource for which job.
Buyers looking into AI visibility tend to move through the same stages: they notice they are missing from AI answers, try to diagnose why, learn how the engines work, evaluate who could help, and finally have to report the results upward. Each resource is built for one of those moments.
| Your question | Start with | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Why doesn’t ChatGPT mention us? | AI Shortlist Scorecard | The plays behind your three weakest areas |
| What exactly should we fix first? | The AI Shortlist Plays | Re-take the Scorecard after each fix |
| Who do the engines name in our market? | B2B AI Shortlist Index | The free Snapshot for your own company today |
| How do engines choose companies? | The AI Visibility Field Guide | The plays on measurement |
| How do we judge an agency or tool? | Buyer & Board Pack | The Index, to see who is actually named |
| How do we report this to the board? | Buyer & Board Pack | The measurement plays |
| Should we advertise in ChatGPT? | ChatGPT Ads Desk | The glossary |
If you only have ten minutes, take the Scorecard. It tells you which of the other resources you need.
How we build them.
A resource is only useful if you can trust it enough to forward it. These are the rules every page in the library follows.
Every number is dated and sourced
Each figure carries the study or tool it came from and the date it was published or read. Where a study comes from a company that sells search tools, we say so. Where something is not known, we write “not known” rather than filling the gap.
Our own evidence, labelled as ours
Where we have tested something on prolinkage.com, the play says what we saw and when. Where we have not tested it yet, it says that too.
Readable by people and by engines
Every resource is an ordinary web page, not a PDF behind a form, so a colleague can open the link you send and an AI engine can read it. Downloads exist only as an extra.
No promises we cannot keep
Nobody outside the engines controls what they say, so no resource here promises a ranking or a place in an AI answer. They show what you can control, and how to measure the rest.
What is free, and what asks for an email.
Everything on these pages is free to read with no sign-up: the Scorecard result and its three fixes, all forty plays, the Index and its method, and the guides. Your Scorecard answers stay in your browser and in the re-test link you can copy.
A few extras need an email so we can send them to you: a one-page PDF of your Scorecard result for your committee, and the editable kits. When you ask for one, we say up front that the email includes one offer, the free AI Visibility Snapshot, and we never add you to a newsletter unless you tick the box.
Editions and releases.
The library is dated so you can tell what is current. This is Edition 1, December 2026. The plays carry edition numbers and a changelog: when evidence changes, a play is re-graded and the change is dated. The B2B AI Shortlist Index is released on the first Tuesday of each month, starting on Tuesday 5 January 2027, with the method fixed in advance and the raw counts published. The ChatGPT Ads Desk keeps a dated log of what has changed on the platform.
The Scorecard is built to be taken again. Re-test monthly, or after each fix, and your result shows how your score moved since last time.
Questions.
Are these resources really free?
Yes. Every page is free to read without signing up. A few downloadable extras ask for an email, and that email includes one offer: a free AI Visibility Snapshot.
Who are they for?
B2B companies, typically 20 to 500 people, that want to be named when buyers ask AI engines for suppliers, and the marketing leads who need to show the board what that is worth.
How is the Scorecard different from a free AI visibility checker?
Checkers count how often AI tools mention your brand. The Scorecard measures whether your company has what an engine needs to shortlist you, and whether you can measure the result. They answer different questions, and the Scorecard links to the free checkers for a mention count.
How often is the library updated?
The Index monthly, the ChatGPT Ads Desk as the platform changes, and the plays by edition, with a dated changelog.
