AI Search Visibility

Make your business easier to find in AI search. And easier to choose.

AI search visibility, generative engine optimisation (GEO) and answer engine optimisation (AEO), connected to your commercial goals. We help buyers understand your expertise across Google and AI answers, then give them a clear route to enquire.

  • A dated baseline of buyer questions and cited sources
  • Useful service content, original evidence and clear entity information
  • Identifiable referrals connected to enquiry and CRM outcomes

The question behind the brief

How do I increase AI visibility for my business?

Start with the questions a serious buyer asks before choosing a partner. We assess how your business appears in AI answers, inspect the sources those answers use, and prioritise the service content, evidence and technical foundations that can improve discovery and evaluation. AEO, GEO and AI SEO are part of that scope; the commercial aim is relevant enquiries that your team can qualify and track.

A focused engagement, with a named owner, agreed scope and implementation capacity. We establish the priorities before recommending the next investment.

01 / AI Search Visibility

How do I increase the AI visibility of my business?

Begin with the questions people ask before choosing a provider. A buyer may search for a specialist, compare approaches, check costs or investigate implementation risk. Your website should answer those questions with enough detail to help a real decision. A page that simply repeats “AI visibility agency” gives the buyer very little to evaluate.

We map the audience, buying situation and commercially important topics before reviewing what the engines can access. The priorities may include stronger service pages, clearer descriptions of your expertise, supporting case studies, useful comparisons and consistent business information. Each recommendation connects to a page, a buyer question and a way to assess progress.

02 / AI Search Visibility

GEO, AEO and AI SEO: what are you actually buying?

Generative engine optimisation focuses on how your expertise can be discovered and referenced in generated answers. Answer engine optimisation focuses on making answers clear and useful. AI SEO is often used as a broader label for search work in this environment. The terms overlap; they do not represent three separate shortcuts to a recommendation.

Our scope combines technical access, content strategy, evidence and conversion design. We explain which work supports Google search, which supports broader AI discovery, and what can be observed. For Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, established SEO foundations still apply. There is no special schema that guarantees inclusion.

03 / AI Search Visibility

What an AI visibility audit should tell you

A useful audit records the question, platform, date and conditions of each check. It separates a brand mention from a linked citation, and branded searches from questions asked by people who do not yet know you. Competitor observations are compared within the same sample, rather than turned into an invented market-wide score.

We review a defined set of buyer questions across relevant experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI search. Answers can vary between sessions, locations and dates. The output is a prioritised set of discovery gaps, useful source pages and recommended actions—not a claim that one test represents every buyer.

04 / AI Search Visibility

Give buyers—and the sources they consult—something worth trusting

Strong AI search content makes the business specific: what you do, who the work suits, how an engagement operates and what supports the claim. Named expertise, genuine testimonials, original screenshots and clear explanations give a visitor more to assess than a list of broad promises.

We organise the core service page as the main answer and link it to deeper evidence and resources. Structured data describes content that is actually visible. Internal links help a reader move from a question to a relevant service, with an enquiry option on that page. Supporting articles earn their place by answering a distinct decision question.

05 / AI Search Visibility

Track AI exposure through to enquiries and pipeline

We keep four measures separate: observed visibility, identifiable referral visits, recorded enquiries and qualified sales outcomes. Referrer data can be incomplete; some visits arrive as direct traffic or through another channel later. A self-reported “How did you hear about us?” response can add context without being treated as definitive attribution.

Where your systems allow, the lead record carries the landing page, known source and campaign details into the CRM. Sales qualification, opportunity creation and won revenue are then reviewed separately. The aim is to understand which journeys support the business, while documenting what the available data cannot establish.

Useful answers

Questions before we begin.

Can you help my business appear in ChatGPT and Perplexity?

We can improve the clarity, accessibility and credibility of your content and review observed mentions and citations. Each platform decides what to show; organic inclusion cannot be guaranteed.

Is GEO a replacement for SEO?

No. GEO adds attention to generated answers and the sources behind them. Crawlable pages, useful content, a coherent site and strong business evidence remain important foundations.

What do I receive in the free AI visibility report?

A focused initial review of your website and a sample of buyer questions, with observed discovery gaps and practical next priorities. A comprehensive technical and content audit is a separately scoped engagement.

How long does it take to improve AI search visibility?

It depends on your starting point, competition and the changes required. We establish the baseline first and agree review intervals. A fixed ranking or citation deadline would overstate what an agency controls.

Can you attribute revenue to an AI recommendation?

Sometimes part of the journey is identifiable. A stronger account requires referral data, lead records and CRM outcomes; even then attribution has limits. We report known evidence and uncertainty separately.
