An AI system built around how your business should work.
We architect AI systems for enterprises and startups around your goals, workflows and operating standards. You receive a working system, its integrations and the knowledge to run it—not a collection of disconnected prompts.
Define the business outcome, constraints and people the work must serve.

Evaluate the result against the brief and hand over the way to operate it.
The question behind the brief
How can an AI system help our team convert incoming demand?
Start with one operating constraint: slow response preparation, inconsistent qualification or fragmented handover. We map the workflow, approved knowledge, human decisions and output requirements, then build and evaluate a system your team can operate. Implementation starts at $5,000, with usage and ongoing support scoped separately.
A focused engagement, with a named owner, agreed scope and implementation capacity. We establish the priorities before recommending the next investment.

Where is the operating problem in your business?
The right starting point is a recurring bottleneck: research that takes too long, leads that reach sales without context, a proposal process that depends on one person, or knowledge scattered across tools. We map the current process, the people involved and the cost of delay before choosing an AI component.
An AI system should fit the decisions you want the business to make. We define what it can do, what requires approval and where a person takes over. That operating brief anchors the work so the result stays aligned with your standards rather than drifting into an impressive but unused demo.
02 / AI Systems & Workflow Automation
AI workflow automation for sales, marketing and operations
Possible workflows include account research and briefing, enquiry triage, proposal preparation, content operations and internal knowledge assistance. The combination depends on your data and team. A research assistant may retrieve approved material and prepare a draft; a pipeline workflow may organise incoming enquiries and flag missing information for review.
We decide where conventional automation is sufficient and where language-model judgement adds value. Structured records, rules and integrations are often as important as the model. The design should reduce repeated work while leaving a clear trail of what happened and why.
03 / AI Systems & Workflow Automation
Architecture that reflects your vision and constraints
We document inputs, trusted sources, permissions, outputs and exception paths. A knowledge workflow needs a plan for outdated or conflicting information. A sales workflow needs rules for qualification and escalation. Actions that publish, contact customers or change important records need the appropriate approval boundary.
The architecture also considers your existing CRM, documents, website and reporting tools. We assess available integrations before promising a connection. Credentials remain in appropriate secret storage; access is limited to the system’s job. Retention, logging and review requirements are agreed with your team.
04 / AI Systems & Workflow Automation
Design for a 10× ambition. Measure the actual improvement.
Leaders often want a step change in operating capacity. We turn that ambition into a measurable workflow: time per task, successful completion, review effort, error rate and adoption. A system that produces more drafts but adds more checking may not improve the business.
We establish a baseline, test representative tasks and review failure cases before broader use. Any measured gain belongs to the workflow and test conditions that produced it. The scope does not assume a universal tenfold result; success is defined around the work your people need to complete reliably.

You receive the system and a way to operate it
The agreed handover includes the configured workflow, integration map, operating instructions, prompts or rules used in the solution, evaluation examples and a clear ownership plan. Your team should know what to change, where to inspect a failure and when to escalate. Third-party platforms and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.
We agree the deployment environment, access arrangements and support scope before release. Training and documentation help the business use the system after the project ends. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and model or integration updates can be scoped separately.

AI systems projects start at $5,000
The first scope is deliberately focused: a meaningful workflow, representative data, defined integrations and an acceptance plan. Complexity increases when several departments, data sources or consequential actions are involved. The project budget should reflect the operational problem being solved.
Implementation projects start at US$5,000. Hosting, model usage, third-party subscriptions and ongoing support are identified separately. Share the pipeline or operating problem, your current tools and your intended budget in the form. We can then assess whether a focused first system is a sensible fit.

Project Management Certification and Training · Testimonial excerpt
Do you build systems for enterprises and startups?
Yes. The operating model differs, but the work starts with a defined business problem, appropriate data access and a workflow your team can use.
Will the system act without human approval?
Only within the boundaries agreed for the workflow. We identify which actions can run automatically and which need review, approval or escalation.
What do we own at the end?
The project agreement defines deliverable ownership and access. You receive the agreed system configuration, documentation and handover; third-party software and model services retain their own terms.
What should we prepare before the first conversation?
A description of the bottleneck, current tools, representative tasks, the people who own the process and the outcome you want to improve. Avoid sending confidential records in an initial enquiry.
Is $5,000 the monthly fee?
No. It is the minimum implementation project budget. Ongoing usage, hosting and support are scoped separately.
Can you guarantee ten times the output?
No universal multiplier is promised. We define a baseline and measure the actual change in completion time, quality, review effort and adoption for your workflow.
